We offer a 12-month warranty on our electric vehicles starting from the shipping date, which includes coverage for labor costs regarding warranty issues. Major components are covered under a one-year warranty, while parts and accessories carry a 6-month warranty.

We accept payment terms of TT 30% in advance with the remaining balance paid off prior to shipment, or via an irrevocable L/C at sight. The validity period for pricing quotes is 15 days.
